DCM is expanding our field operations team. We’re looking for skilled subcontractors to perform onsite inspections, generate accurate project estimates, and support the installation and service of industrial dust collectors, mist collection systems, and air filtration equipment. Responsibilities
- Travel to client facilities to inspect dust collection or oil mist systems.
- Diagnose equipment issues, measure airflow, inspect ducting, and evaluate filtration health.
- Provide detailed, accurate quotes based on site conditions and system requirements.
- Assist with installation of new dust collectors, oil mist units, ductwork, and replacement filters.
- Perform maintenance services: bag changes, filter swaps, cleaning, and system tuning.
- Document findings, take photos, and submit field reports.
- Communicate professionally with clients and represent DCM standards onsite.
- Follow OSHA and NFPA safety guidelines during all work.
Requirements
- Mechanical background (HVAC, industrial service, fabrication, maintenance, or similar).
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work safely around machinery.
- Experience with tools, ladders, and basic electrical/mechanical work.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain findings clearly.
- Comfortable working independently on job sites.
- Prior experience with dust collection or oil mist systems preferred but not required (we train).
- Must carry personal liability insurance (or be willing to obtain it).
